Can a mountain speak through its stones for over a thousand years? Mount Wuyi isn’t tall. Its highest peak barely reaches 600 meters — unremarkable among the peaks of northern Fujian. But its cliffs are covered in words: over 450 rock inscriptions, carved continuously from the Tang Dynasty to the Republic era, spanning more than 12 centuries.
